FAQ

Commonly Asked Questions Pertaining Korban and Our Services.

A. General Matters

1. When do you perform the korban/qurban?

The korban/qurban is scheduled in the respective country on Eidul Adha and Tashriq days. As a rule of thumb, we will try to complete the korban within Eid and the first Tashriq day. However, sometimes our operations may extend into 2nd and 3rd Tashriq days depending on the number of orders.

2. Will you provide any update on the status of our korban?

The update will be handled by our backend team from A2A Global Korban. We normally will provide a status update once the korban has been completed via SMS. Further updates on the deliverables will also be provided via SMS once ready.

3. What deliverable is provided as proof that our korban has been performed?

We will provide photos or video of the korban rites. The difference in the deliverable depends on the country and the ground team supervising the korban process.

4, What are your deliverables?

Apart from the korban photos and video, we will also provide an e-certificate to all participants.

5. Will I receive any korban meat?

We will not import any meat for all overseas korban. The meat will be distributed to the needy in the respective countries. You may receive korban meat for Modified Korban in Australia. Depending on the selected korban package, you may opt to receive 1/3, 2/3, or all portions of your korban meat.

6. When will I receive my korban meat?

The schedule of delivery will be provided via SMS. Should you be unable to receive the meat on the stipulated date, you may inform us to change the delivery schedule.

7. When is the closing date for Korban registration?

Korban registration normally closes within 3 days before Eid or while stocks last (whichever is earlier). You may create the korban order as long as the korban package is still available on our website.
